This past August I went on a low-carb, high-protein diet, all day eating chicken breasts, and lost 15 lbs in month a half. Results were great and fast, which is what I wanted. However, I had huge cravings, irritability, constipation, couldn't get enough water and was scared of bad smell. Then October I went to my regular diet - a little bit of everything BUT with a phobia to fruit because of the idea of lots of carbs and sugar and with, of course, some yummi cookie dough, cheesecake, huge amounts of peanut butter (so delicious!) ... and gained 7 pounds back in the following half year so I decided to go to buy some chicken and start again. HERE IS WERE EVERYTHING CHANGED. I entered the carnage and, despite the horrible smell that almost made me faint, I got some chicken. Cooked it without pleasure and sat down to eat. Couldn't make it. I knew something was wrong and something had to change. Chicken was not the solution!! So I went to do some research on the Internet and see how carbs work in our body and ended up in some Freelee video and the raw vegan lifestyle. That day I did so much research, I went to sleep at 3am! It was March 1st. Then I bought two books (the 8010/10 diet and the paradigm diet, which is about the same), received them, read them, and here I am!! In my 5th day of low-fat, high-carb raw vegan lifestyle. And, as you can see, although I want to lose 15 lbs, I don't call it diet - I call it lifestyle because that's what it is! And I even named a star "Successus" the first day I switched, because I really felt is a big change coming in my life and something that should be marked and memorized :)) Just looking for some support and looking forward to meet amazing people.

I need to go out and buy fruits every day instead of every week because I live with other people and can't take the whole kitchen... so I was wondering what are the cheapest but nutritional veggies and fruit to buy. Also, I seem to have problems getting over 2000cal. I only get about 1000 and already fill full!
