One week down! Wicked. Finding it pretty easy and enjoyable.
I have lost 5kg (10lbs) which is fantastic.
I am now getting the urge to run again which I haven't had motivation for in a long time. I have even set a goal of an off road marathon for May next year.

This is starting to get easy!
Had a really good weekend with food. Starting to feel better and better every day. Well are slowly adjusting to the amount of fruit we have to buy.

Today is good! Feeling way better today that yesterday.

I didn't eat enough calories though and was pretty hungry toward the end of the day. Stupid because I don't need to be hungry with this and it was my own fault!
