I am a personal trainer and Group Exercise Coordinator. I have been looking to learn more about healthy eating past what TV, magazines and books say I should be eating for "health." I want to know and teach the truth about nutrition. I want to show people you can eat Vegan and still be fit, healthy and have a strong athletic body without over dosing on protein and animal products. I want to be a role model for overall health, not just fitness:)

I prefer YouTube, but I plan to read 80 10 10. I love teaching Zumba, and sharing with my clients and friends everything I am learning and trying with my health and diet. Health (nutrition, fitness, spiritual and emotional) is my main joy in life and sharing that with my husband and 9 year-old son Bronson Blue.

I am very new to this idea, and I am coming off a high protein based diet. I have been practicing raw vegan during the day and eating with my family at night. I am planning to do a "banana cleanse" for a week starting tomorrow. I am positive about this change, but I need help transitioning. Also, one main goal is to maintain my lean mass to prove to my clients, other staff and meat-heads that fitness can be sustained without animal based products. Health over fitness!
