My names Matt. I'm from Scranton, Pennsylvania. I started out vegetarian a few years ago. Eventually I transitioned to mostly raw food, but it wasnt until a few years later that I discovered the book 801010 by Doug Grahahm. Ive been living the 801010 lifestyle for a while now and I would like more support as I do not know many 801010ers in real life. Would love to meet more 811ers online and in real life :)

Hey Matt, I turned vegan back in February and started 811 in March, however, I have been off and on being mainly 80% raw. I had a full 30 days raw and then I had 28 days 80% so now I am starting again with 100% raw.

I have more willpower than some, but I do tend to let myself down sometimes.

Hey, thanks for the friend request. Hope you're OK :) I am just so happy it is finally the weekend :D I get to spend two days making juices, tending to my plant babies and enjoying the sun that we so rarely get in UK!!
