So I plugged my intake in for today -- nine bananas, two mangos, three figs, two oranges, 20oz fresh pineapple, 10oz fresh watermelon, three cups of cooked millet (admittedly salted - and oversalted, at that), a handful of grape tomatoes, and one bunch steamed asparagus with fresh lemon juice.
Did NOT drink enough water today and overdid the grain. I am starting this all at my mother's house for the holidays, on top of being a beginner here. Neglected my greens, as well. It will…
