I don't know if it's because of the rice I had yesterday or maybe some weird combination but felt terrible most of the day - bloated, nauseous and tired, just like if someone has sucked all the energy out of me. Will give myself a week or so with just potatoes and then eat rice again and see what happens the day after.

So today was the first time I had rice in over 3 weeks... I was so looking forward to this meal but I'm sooo disappointed with the taste I may end up eating only potatoes as my evening meal staple. They are cheap and delicious... or maybe I should try a different type of rice? (I had one called "natural wholegrain", whatever it means).

Yesterday was the first day I went to bed hungry... I am sure it is because I haven't eaten all the soup. I should have steamed some extra potatoes or had some rice but I didn't want to eat 1-2h before going to bed. I've spent most of the day being lazy, had worked only for 2h. I went there early in the morning to have as much choice as possible and I got loads of great stuff. 5kg of strawberries, 7kg of young potatoes, 5 large young zucchini, 2kg of carrots, plenty of greens and 2 super sweet watermelons. I also went to a normal shop where I got 5kg of bananas on sale for 1/2 the price and 5 packs of dates. Feast is coming :-)
