I am two years vegan. First (for 2 months) high fat gourmet rawfood I switched over to high carb low fat and zoooooM! ;)
I love running, cycling, snowboarding and nature...I increased my performance significantly with the real 'superfoods' alias fruits....
My girlfriend is also doing very well with this lifestyle! Maybe some sport and fresh, ripe, organic veggies and fruits aren't too bad for us^^
We do bloodtest, everything is fine, after two years we started supplementing B12 - just in case...
I started a youtube channel in December 2012, share my "comments and criticism" ^^ with my german audience.
Right now I'm not 100% raw (90% calories are from raw food), and when I need the extra cals (big Tour etc) I eat rice etc. works great for me!
