Day two on BI was interesting. My period started yesterday morning and I took a nap around 4 pm to sleep through some of the uncomfortable pain. I ended up sleeping until 6:30 this morning so I missed dinner and my squats. But it did feel good to get that much sleep.

I'm on day one of BI right now. Not sure how long I'm going to do it for. I would like to do it for a minimum of 7 days, but ideally longer. I'm aiming for at least 3000 kcal a day and 4 litres of water. I do my 100 squats a day but I also want to get to the gym more often.
