Read 80/10/10, been following for 2wks now and feel great. I am a runner and train with weights. had to get past the old school mind set of needing so much protein for muscle. My runs have been amazing. Looking to learn as much as I can from those that have been following 80/10/10, especially athletes.

I am new to LFRV, was following a higher fat with hemp protein powder RAW diet for a while. Losing muscle is a concern of mine but looks like athletes do well with this way of life. Any sports related advise like fueling before/after/during would be great!
