Well, my name is Logan. I have always tried to stay fit, but it's been hard, since I never applied diet. Also, everyone in my family is clinically obese, so genetics are not tops, but never let that become an excuse for poor health. I found 30Bad through YouTube. I watched a Bikram yoga review Harley did a while back. Then semi recently was watching some videos of Freelee and saw him in the video and was like "Hey! It's the Bikram yoga guy!" (Hard to forget those cheek bones) From there, started watching a ton of both of their videos and realized something I already knew, vegan lifestyle is the healthiest. Only problem I found is I can't handle that much fruit, so rocking the rice munching McDougall diet mostly, still have a lot of fruit, but went with the Silver plan.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I really enjoy fitness. Calisthenics/Bodyweight workouts. I need to be light and have a ton of energy for this, so HCRV really helps. I always have been relatively fit, but I have never really addressed my terrible diet. I just compensated with working out A LOT.
