So far, so good.
I woke up after a decent amount of sleep, and I'm guzzling away my breakfast smoothie which consists of:
3 cups of water.
And it's tasty as hell. ;)
It's about 700 calories, so I plan on making a snack a little bit after this to tide me over until lunch before work. I'm thinking a quinoa salad for dinner would be easy enough to take to work with me.
