I'm back on 30BAD, wasn't living the high carb, low fat lifestyle so felt hanging here was inappropriate. Have been drawn back though, went through Dr John McDougalls website, which I think is great. 5 full weeks done, progress continues every sunday. mentally I get a bit worried during the week and check weight, measurements, etc .... not productive. It's the sunday results week after week that count, being taken at the same time each week.
