I assume this is normal for the first couple days, to have strong cravings for cooked food. I am sure they will pass, I just have to be really strong minded and look toward my goal.
Yesterday went really well, but I don't think that I ate enough. I made a banana smoothie last night with about 5 banana's and I added some strawberries, and I actually realized that I do not like blended banana's too much. The texture is weird to me. Ok, so I am going to start blogging my daily progress, starting with today. Day 1 of 100% HCRV.
So far today, I have not had anything to eat or drink at it is 9:45am. Normally by now, I would have had my pot of coffee and some kind of fatty breakfast sandwich from some fast food place. BUT NOT TODAY, or hopefully ever again!! :)
