WIAT! Day 3

Ok, so today I have had the BIGGEST headache. I chalk that up to the "no sugar". 

But I feel better! I feel lighter, and happier, and all that jazz.

This morning I ate 30 clementines (they were fairly small) and I have some organic bananas for lunch. 

Not sure what to eat tonight though... I had rice & potatoes last night with veggies and it was delish! Freelee's sweet chili sauce is AMAZING! I will probably make that tonight and put over some rice and…


WIAT! Day 2

Day 1:

Breakfast: 5 mangos

Snack: 1 Plantain & 1 Apple

Lunch: 5 pears 

Dinner: 3 very large potatoes; baked with skin on; with lettuce wraps and chili sauce

Day 2:

Breakfast: BGGS (15 dates, handful of spinach,kale,chard mix, frozen raspberries, water and coconut water)

Snack: dried fruit 

Lunch: 6 xl peaches

Dinner: 1 lb. of corn pasta and 1/2 cup of no sodium pasta sauce
