I spend most of my time reading, meditating, finding happiness in the moment in all things that I do, laughing out loud (sometimes really loud), frequently volunteer at NPOs', physical fitness --running, P90X or any type of high intensity workouts.

Hi Ki! Right now we are breaking our fasts with watermelon and other types of melons and about a liter of fresh squeezed OJ (each) . In the morning (before dawn), we make a gigantic smoothie. I make a 1200 cal. smoothie with bananas and medjool dates and water. My hubby doesn't add bananas b/c it doesn't sit well with him so he makes his with dates, cherries, and water. And btw, we only eat Medjool dates. It's such a huge difference in taste! Take care!-Tabassum
