"Eating sugar does not cause cancer to grow. The key to conquering cancer is to have the right environment for the body to do it's job.  Get the body healthy, stop all toxic loads, stop all taxing things to the body immediately.  Lung…"

I have been a HCLF Vegan for 1 year now, and never going back to less. I joined 30BaD to gain more knowledge and discuss (not limited to diet) issues with likeminded people. I also joined this community to once and for all learn from other experienced people if this 'sugar myth - fruit is bad for you' is finally ready for me to be debunked and put away for good.
What is your gender? PLEASE NOTE: To enhance the community experience, profile pics of yourself are *REQUIRED* to gain membership. Membership will be declined otherwise.

Anything outside mainstream, and whatever interesting stuff from the real world I can get on YouTube. I never watch TV.
Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan and vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
Well, I have been following both Freely and Harley on YouTube for mass y menos 2 years now, and never really entered any discussions other than commenting here and then online. But the more knowledge I get, and the deeper I go into the rabbit hole, the more I see what a bullshit world we are living in on so many fronts, and it's starting to affect me a lot now, and I can't communicate with people outside these forums, because I simply moved on from everything. I see things for what they are, and have done so for many years, but now it's starting to really get to me, especially how most of the people in this world (usually unknowingly but yet ignorant) are destroying this planet. I have come across you guys before, but never felt a need to join any community as mentioned. I do now, and to be honest, the main reason I join on this specific day, is that my father was just diagnosed with lung cancer, and my main mission for the next couple of months is to get him on a healthy diet and lifestyle like me. I want to start communicating with people from the 'same school' as me now, because I'm done wasting my time on people impossible to reach anyway, because no matter what you read or study online these days, there are always at least a dusin different answers and opinions no matter what the subject is, from all the self-proclaimed doctors and experts. I mean, everyone has suddenly become so f* intelligent now they think, just because they have access to wikipedia, and it's basically impossible to get any answers on anything online anymore, because it's filled with crap and quasi science, based on biased opinions from people that have no clue what they are talking about anyway. So I'm going back to basics now, and will try to keep things more simple in my life from now on. I strongly believe we are meant to eat fruit, and whatever edibles we can pick from a tree or a bush is there for a reason, and for us to eat in abundance. I still eat rice, potatoes etc, but have increased my fruit intake since becoming Vegan maybe 1000%, and starting this lifestyle has been the best choice I have ever made for myself, though I can proudly and 100% honestly say that I became Vegan solely for animal rights and reasons. I did it one night after I saw the video Freely shared with Gary (best speech ever), and I never looked back (my own health improvement as a side benefit is of course awesome as well). But back to my fathers cancer, I need to share my info to get some answers, because it's merely impossible to find clarity online on the subject; if sugar restriction (no matter where the sugar comes from) is the best approach when already diagnosed with cancer. Thank you for all you guys are doing, I hope to see you in Thailand.
