Today marks my 24th day. This journey is tough, but I met some awesome new people who support my new lifestyle and continue to encourage and remind me why I started. Today marks my 9th day as 100% Raw. I have been craving something warm, but I am sticking to it. I feel and see the results. I think right now I consume 1500 calories a day at the most. I know that sounds little, but I eat a lot. I also commute to college, so I can't eat the entire day. I don't exercise in the manner everyone else are. I walk a lot at work and while in school.
