I found the book 80/10/10 diet last summer and just after the birth of my son. I read it in one day and I felt better just by reading it.
I felt, that this could be the right way for me.
Then I moved from a normal eating comunity to a raw food community, where I now eat 100% raw and vegan, but not really hcrv, but I really like to work on this.

I live in a comunity where all people eat raw, but not hcrv. They eat too much fat an for me it ist not easy to resist against all the gourmet raw food.
The biggest problem for me is to eat enough, especially in the morning. I try since some weeks but it doesn't work. I still breastfeed my one year old and need so much energy. But have not enough time to eat so much.

Why do people fail on the raw diet?
A major issue is attempting to obtain a high percentage of the daily calories from raw fat sources instead of fruit. A recent survey of raw fooders found that the average raw fooders were eating almost 70% of their daily calories from raw fat sources, such as avocados, nuts, seeds, and coconuts.
