I want to depend on myself to get and stay healthy. It gets tough after the age of 50! I lost 30 pounds almost three years ago while on a detox (inspired by the book: 21 Pounds in 21 Days by Roni DeLuz) and have kept the weight off. Since then I have been experimenting with different foods and diets. The "raw food way" feels right to me! Lately, I have spent much of my time studying that way of life. I'm on a mission to learn and practice as much as I can..and any assistance in that area will be beneficial.
