Justin, I just took a look at the above information. You were wanting to know more about Vegan body builders. I've seen tons on the net about the success of eating 80/10/10 or high-fruit and being a body builder. If I can remember specifics I'll tell you. Dr. G. is into exercise hardy and he guides high-performance athletes to high carb eating. It does work! I'm proof. I'm still typing away 1 hr after my bed time. My carbs are very high and so are my calories today. LOL
