I love doing yoga, its number one. Meditation is great, so is biking running and just soaking up sun. Reading is also awesome.

This is a post from my blog on how to go raw vegan today. Most of you guys already know a lot of this but I thought I would share anyways. My blog covers raw foods, meditation and yoga. Thanks, and enjoy!

***blog post***

The raw vegan diet has a special place in my heart. I love how synergistic the combination of a light diet, meditation and yoga are. These three things make up the pillar of my current…

I was thinking that this post really applies to all of us raw fooders because raw food helps clear our minds and helps tune us into what our body is telling us. So check this out and tell me what you think!

How to develop your own intuitive yoga routine

13 Reasons why you should have a morning yoga routine.

Yoga is the perfect cup of ‘wake me up’ in the morning. It stimulates, nourishes and sets the tone for the rest of your day. Doing yoga in the morning is an excellent way to stretch and lengthen out the body. There is almost nothing better than the waves of pleasure that course though the body as it is stretched and…

Raw food and YOGA!

Posted on April 22, 2010 at 12:39am 3 Comments

This combo totally rocks! Raw food for the perfect energy, yoga for the body mind and spirit connection; very synergistic combination. A lot of us raw fooders do yoga, many like Bikram yoga, some hot yoga which is basically the same thing and others like their own brand of yoga. Personally I do my own yoga routine every morning for a good little while. Its always invigorating, its better than a cup of coffee, more relaxing than staying in bed an extra 30 mins and gets my body all ready to go… Continue

Pot Luck Dinner & Get Together at Nature's Acre

Sunday, April 12, 2009 at 3:00 PM

Welcome to our peaceful, natural, organic acre. It is a combination of diverse, tropical fruit trees, bamboo, sugarcane, and vegetable & herb gardens located in a quiet section of the Redlands.

Climb up and enjoy our custom made, tree-friendly, sweet smelling, cedar tree house and its beautiful view. Sit on our hand-made, coral rock wall that encircles our grotto that steps down to the water-table. Exercise on our outdoor, wooden, fitness station nestled amongst our big avocado trees. Have fun on our giant bamboo see-saw.

22555 SW 182 Ave - Miami (Redlands)
Goulds, 33170 (for mapquest)

Take Eureka Dr to Quail Roost Dr west to Krome Ave (SW 177 Ave)
Make a left and go south on Krome to 224 St (Robbie's Feed Store)
Make a right on SW 224 St (you'll be heading west)
Go 1/2 mile and make a left on SW 182 Ave and go to 22555, the third house on left. It has a red wood entrance fence.
You'll also see the tree house from the road.
