Instead of making resolutions that you possibly won't keep. Why not make 2012 your project. Set tasks instead of goals and milestones on when you will complete them. Assess each milestone as you come to it and enjoy the new year!

I started yesterday with a mix of cooked vegetarian and puréed apple while waiting for the bananas to ripen enough to blend and smoothie.
I've added my details into nutridiary and realised just how low in calories apples are, so it will take a lot more than twice as many than bananas a day.
