I know that steamed = not raw, however I was wondering whether there was a HUGE issue with having a big bowl of steamed veggies every once in a while? (lets say once per month). I've been having occasional cravings for steamed veggies - particularly brussell sprouts, cauliflower and beetroot. I would consider having low fat steamed veggies preferable to high fat raw nuts/avocado etc.

After some advice about some cuts at the sides of my mouth which I've developed.
I've looked it up on line and seems to be called 'angular cheillitis' - allegedly a result of vitamin B/iron deficiency, increase in acidic foods etc.
Anyway, I've been almost 100% LFRV for a month now - I don't eat overt fats and I eat plenty of fruit throughout the day and a big fat salad at night, followed by fruit for 'desert'.

Quick question - has anyone experienced some teeth wearing since adopting 811?
I'm worried that since lots of fruit are very acidic, I'm going to accelerate teeth/enamel wearing.
I've been pretty evil to my teeth in the past (excessive artificial sugar usage/high doses pepsi max and gum etc etc.) so I want to preserve whats left.
Any hints/tips/ideas/products that would retard the wearing process.
