I was loking on youtube about raw vegan diets and saw all these videos about 30bad and decided to join. My profile pic is from when i was 18 and the best shape of my life im at 267 and im ten years older. Im wanting to get my health back and life. I just moved to Charleston sc after living in a small town of tn since i was little. I figured new town new me.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
But Dude, get the book! It will answer a LOT of your questions! And this way of life will totally help you reach that "best shape of your life" again and then some! It's awesome! You can do it!
