Today was a tough day to get through. And I mean tough. I felt carbed up and never let myself go hungry, managed a total of about 2400 cals today(appropriate for my h&w). But I'm getting cravings! For pasta, for rice, the cooked food. So I'm letting myself have a bit of roasted broccoli today. Might not be raw but its better than going to a heavy pasta meal and binging out.

Super fun day.
Breakfast: 300g pineapple + 1 apple + 1 orange
Went for a 6k run + 3k walk. Had 2 medjool dates.
Post run: 750ml veggie juice
Lunch: 3 banana smoothie + 1 large handful of frozen blueberries + 2 leaves kale and 1 raw gourmet caramel banana brownie
