Hello! I am 33 years old. A single mother of a 6 year old boy. I first started switching over to this lifestyle by taking quitting meat. Still working on the dairy! Darn cheese is a killer. Anyway, I found Freelee about 5 months ago and started with the banana girl diet. I ended up losing 25 pounds and felt AMAAAZING. I did have a sudden lifestyle change though and fell off the banana cart, hit my head, gained back 15 pounds and felt like crap again. But! I'm back ON! This is day 5 and already feeling Awesome and the mental clarity has returned! Yes! That is the best part of it for me. :-D.So, I'd really love and appreciate some tips and an extra boost from others and would love to share more of my story with others and help friends here in their journey! Peace everyone! <3!

Hey Jessica, that blog post is up if you wanna have a look - i agree with what you sais about salt, its unfortunate that breads are a source of it, i don't know if the salt is a essential part of the bread making process but if it isn't i'm definitely gonna look into making my own without it.

If you have a hard time going cold turkey on dairy products, I may advice to try dairy free transition foods, like soy or almond milk for example if you still drink milk, and Daiya vegan cheese (or any other veggie brand of cheese) which tastes great and is much better for you. Veg milk is pretty popular and sold in most grocery stores, veg cheese you can find in any whole foods or any health food stores around you.
