i would like to change my lifestyle, i have been trying to do rawtill4 program but i find it difficult as i am used to eat salads and all my cooked carbs for lunch instead of dinner, plus i find myself craving a lots of chocolates and sugary snacks

i find it hard to eat cooked food at night , i would rather eat it for lunch and i dont know if i can do that, or if its ok for me to dinner a banana smoothie and the cooked food for lunch

You need try to eat more fruit and prepare your lunch to change your routine, if u have the time, and ability make a delicous raw lunch so you get very full and satisfied, you can make it a salad with lots of fruit or fruit dressing and then have cooked for dinner.
