I recently began my wonderful new life of HCRV. I need guidance transitioning from high protein & fats. It has only been a few days for me and I am already noticing the benefits. I need more ideas and help with this huge change in my life!

Im doing great too! :) I started in march of this year, Its being about a month, but also not 100% I am still learning how to make more raw meals! Before I was already Vegan since November. It has not being that hard, but sometimes my family brings my favorite cooked meals n its hard to resist. I set up my mind to always have something available for me when that happens! Today I'm about to make raw ceviche that my mom used to make without the shrimp when we where little kids! I used to love it! So I remembered and with this hot weather will be great to have some of that for me and my kids!! :) I'll post a picture after i make it!! Have a great week :)

sure...I'll be 100% with you. I'm about 80% raw..Fruits all day. I usually only eat sweet fruits (ex. mango, bananas, dates) some semi-sweet sub acid(ex. berries, kiwis, grapes) and no acid fruits at all..not til i feel i have completely healed. At night or in the evening is when i tend to cheat or go off track...i'll have like miso soup, srping rolls, sweet potato or regular potato and i have it with a big salad...always vegan tho. I think as long as u stay away from meat u will still heal but much slower...fruits will heal u faster but its hard sometimes but i do it..try to do most sweet fruits..berries or melons..those r the best....hope it helps you....i want to get back into juicing vegetables also..not i have extra cash so i will start again...baby steps i'm trying to take

Sorry to hear that, how much of this did you experience before you changed your diet?

I walk every so often, but that about it use to exercise 5 days of the week but I went from one extreme to another.

DO you mean your still getting the shakes and other issues?

I'm good still don't get regular thirst and hunger signs during the day but, I think its because I don't exercise.
