I've been watching videos on YouTube seeking ways to improve my health and I've been inspired by the likes of the 'rawbrahs' 'DTM' and mostly Harley (durianriders) and his motto is 30 bananas a day and here I am.
Throughout my life I've never focused on diet before, I've always seen it as something that wasn't really important and that eating healthy didn't really give me noticeable benefits- obviously I was and I've only recently realised this. Therefore I'm seeking ways to enhance my diet in ways that'll benefit me physically and mentally and the raw vegan and high carb, low fat diet seems the most appealing.
I've been sticking to the diet for around a month now so I lack knowledge and understanding and most importantly experience and so I'm here to seek advice, but the reason I'm developing an excitement and eagerness towards the diet is because in the short space of time I've been doing it I feel refreshed, energised and more alert both physically and mentally. I've also noticed I'm become happier- the most important thing in life!

Hey Jake thanks for the add. Did you get my reply in the chat about costcostco? Yes you need to either have a business or be one of a list of professionals to get a costco card. I think there is a list on the website :) x
