I have been vegan for almost 2 years and eat a high carb/raw diet full of tons of fruits and veggies. Since reading 80/10/10 recently, I've been trying to follow this lifestyle more precisely.
I am an avid runner. I have completed 4 marathons and several half marathons.
I hope to meet people with similar interests to share advice on how to fuel for athletic performance while staying on a low fat raw vegan diet.

I am looking forward to learning how to maintain a HCRV lifestyle. I would appreciate any advice on eating to maintain and improve athletic performance. I would also love to try new smoothie recipes.
