Want to imporve my health to the fullest . And looking forwards to meeting all your people into rawfood and learning more about what works for you . Also I think it can be difficult to find out how to eat the right way for optimal health and learn how to get enough calories from fruits and vegetables - can be a challenge her in the beginning

How are you doing in Denmark?
Thank you for your friendship, add, note and smiles:) Keep it up and enjoy all the little and big thing on natures path. It just keeps getting better and better. Peace and health, Jesse
Thanks for your very complimentary post :o) It was nice to hear from you.
There are some challenges being raw in Cumbria, as with many places further north in the UK. Namely that the organic and wholesale produce is more expensive and there is less selection. But if you're willing to make a few compromises here and there like buying non-organic and from supermarkets when the organic stuff isnt available then its easy enough :o)
I bet it must be cold in Denmark eating raw? You must have to keep very physically active?
I could get down to that scene. I remember a story related by raw model Anthony http://rawmodelcom.blogspot.com/
in which he recalled, back when he was eating a SAD diet, being unable to dance unless drunk. He was simply too self-conscious to release his creativity, I suppose. Now cleaned out physically, emotionally, etc, he can dance the night away joyously clear-headed and free.
I do indeed, though not as often as I would enjoy. I'm not much of clubbin' kind of guy. But I do sometimes take in an intro dance class at a local library. I even studied breaking at home from some vids and online sources (the required strength and agility impressed me greatly). Most often though, my workout warmups are almost a type of dance of kung fu limbering moves with music playing. Of course, I've been known to hop into an impromptu jig here and there too ;-)
Where do you find are the best places to simply dance without being assaulted by smoke, booze, etc?
