- I have been absorbing all the raw food info I can since I was 17 and learned about altering my life through proper nutrition. I watched everyones videos on youtube before there was that many raw channels. I feel as though I sat in the dark for long enough. I have struggled to stay all raw. The longest being about a year before a relapse. I see having a good support system with other people seeking a similar lifestyle would be beneficial to my success.
I started at 330lbs at 17. With just raw foods and exercise I went down to a low of 168lbs at 6'1. I am back towards 200 now and want to use the forum to find people with similar interests to build community and businesses around raw food and nutrition.
