Still vegan... but fell hard into the high fat vegan lifestyle.... and gained 20 pounds back that i had lost when I first went vegan. I keep trying to remember what it was I was eating when I first went vegan and dropped the weight.... and Im just sure it was low fat high fruit.... other than that I don't know.

" I weigh 260lbs. I don't believe 2500-3000 calories of anything isn't good for me to be honest. Maybe for someone like Freelee who is pretty much an athlete, those amounts of energy are good.. but I don't think those numbers should be tossed around for just anyone. We all come in different shapes, sizes and activity levels, so how can we assume we ALL need the same amount of calories? I've never understood that part. Your take?"

My best friend found a discount food store and we each bought an entire box of banana's for 15$. Amazing! her banana's are ripe and ready to be eaten. my box is a bit green and needs to ripen still. Great deal though.
