I'm a recent convert to veganism, and am trying to transition into a LFRV 80/10/10 diet. I'm a keen runner and have battled heaps of injuries and sluggishness which have prevented me from progressing with my running. Just a short week into this new lifestyle, I have cut my running time and have felt so much more energised. I've been scouring the net for as much information as I possibly can get and chanced upon this website. Fingers crossed it helps me keep up with this new way of eating for a good long time!
