I'm new to eating raw.
I'm hoping to heal myself of HBP and Pre-diabetes.
I need to lose 100 pounds, but getting healthy is my main concern rigt now.
I start my day off by drinking 32 ounces of green smothies made up
of about 60%fruit and 40% green leafy veggies.
After that I'm kind of lost.
Do I just eat a mixture of fruit and veggies the rest of the day???
Any suggestions on what to eat or what not to eat???
I could use some help regarding this.
