Hi name is Georgie!
I first discovered the Raw Vegan lifestyle when I was searching the web for healthy recipes. I have always had a passion for food and cooking. I stumbled upon FullyRaw Kristina’s YouTube channel. I loved the first recipe video I watched and I was shocked when she said that she was going to eat the whole platter of food herself. I could not believe that someone as slim and glowing could eat so much food and be healthy.
I have always been told by my parents not to eat too much fruit because ‘its bad for you’… Aparently. I beleved them because my Mum and Dad both work in health care. I never really understood them as I find it hard to believe that something that comes from nature could be bad for you. So when I saw more of Kristina and her lifestyle I was attracted to learn more. I have always been conscious of animal rights and last year I went vegetarian for about a year but fell off the wagon because my Grandma would often forget and serve me Spaghetti bolognaise. It wasn’t her fault she forgot and I was too shy to call her out. I would eat it and feel disgusting but at least I didn’t humiliate her. I’m not like that anymore now.
Before my mum would pressure me to eat meat because she didn’t like cooking separate meals for me when I came home from Uni. I always offered to help but she missed the simplicity of my eating when I was younger. I live at Uni in residence with two others who were very accepting to my transition to a Raw Till 4 lifestyle. After discovering Kristina and watching all of her videos I was curious to learn more. I wanted to live in abundance like she does. This is when I discovered Freelee and many other vegan activists on Youtube. I always dismissed the vegan lifestyle because I thought it was too restrictive, but to be honest I don’t feel restricted eating as much as I want. And I get to eat the things that I love, FRUIT! Everything that Freelee said in her videos makes sense. We are meant to thrive on sugar and there is a reason that it tastes so good. I have to pay for my own food at uni so living the Raw Till 4 lifestyle was a way that I could balance my social life, eating and budget. I have to cook for my room mates once a week and serving a bowl of fruit to someone who just doesn’t understand my life choices just want going to work. Raw till 4 has allowed me to live the life that I want and still go out for dinner with friends, cook and be around people who are not vegan. I have been vegan for 2 weeks now, I know its not very long but I feel a lot more in touch with my body then I ever have before. I feel very energised, I sleep better, my skin has cleared up and I get to enjoy my food. I wake up in the morning and bounce out of bed, ready for a run. I have always loved running but have been held back by a reoccurring knee injury. Since starting the lifestyle my knee has started to ache less and I can relax more when running. I want to buy a bike to vary my exercise. I would ultimately love to loose weight but at the moment I feel so good and motivated to be healthy it is almost like a positive side effect of my health and fitness goals. If I loose weight and tone up it would be good but at the moment I just want to get involved with the community and find more people like me in my area.

Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan and vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I want to find communities and meet ups near me to find support from other RT4 friends.
I would also like to learn more about why Durianrider and Freelee choose to eat gluten free when it comes to pizza and pasta. If the pasta is vegan, is it okay? Thankyou
