I'm a long-time vegan and new for low-fat raw-vegan. I'm a Raw Food Teacher of Alissa Cohen and Holistic Nutrition Practitionar of The University of Natural Health.
Dr. Graham's "The 80/10/10 diet" was one of the text book of the course so that I got to know this community through Dr. Graham's website. Since there are no people following low-food raw-vegan in Japan, I'd like to know more people who have the same interest as myself.

I started follow low-fat raw-vegan diet about a month ago. It was not very difficult to change the diet even though I eat some steamed vegetables such as 10 okura or 200g of pumpkin or beans (I guess it will take some time to stop steamed vegetables completely and I'm in no hurry) . My problem is that before ovaluation day and menstration, I have cravings for starches such as brown rice and buckwheat noodle. Moreover, I have doubt if it is really a good thing to get rid of salt. I need some advice in thse area. Thank you, Kaori
