I want to be in tip top shape, I have tried many eating plans before and feel the best when I eat HCRV. It also helps with my Fibromaylagia and Arthritis as well as everything else. What more can I say!

yes YeS make sure u eat ue fruitloops haha no but ya i say just keep ur fruits up a nice varity if possible ~pure water~ and like stay clear of wheat espically regular whaet thats real bad and just eat what you are craving really like i keep kelp in my diet just for all the minerals in it cuz i dont think you can get all ur minerals just on fruits less they are all wild or somthin good but yaa i stay with the kelp its not bad chaga helps and i add a varity of different herbs to my diet just so i no im not missing key minerals n such some people here will tell you mushrooms are poison and are toxic but i think i woulda been dead long ago if they were toxic :) and yaa try to have some kina green in you everyday keep the fruits the highestTt tHrIvE aLiVe my friend~
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
