Hey kid- how are you? How much fruit are you eating? How much cooked food? I was all raw yesterday........ate so many bananas.
I'm working all weekend, literally. I go to someone's house and take care of them, so I need to drag over all of my fruit with me. Never enough bananas!
Thank you for your kind comment.
Hey, I've been doing alright. I am more on track this week. Things have been good and the bike riding is getting more and more enjoyable! I miss my bike actually when I am at work!!!
I went for a bike ride. Proud? :D
I am proud of you....lol! Seriously you are so awesome and supportive. I will make sure to carb up as long as you do the same :)
Thanks for the positive reinforcement! Hang in there yourself. Did you just cut meat out of your diet or did you stop eating dairy products as well? Make sure you drink plenty of water, I still struggle with that. The weight will come off in time :)
Also, you have a bike! I just fixed my flat tires so now I can ride to work! I can't go very far yet without getting too tired but it is a work in progress!
Hey! I went for a walk! It definitely helped. I also decided to put off work and visit home for a day. I put my feet in the grass, sat outside and just ate some oranges. I felt better after lying in the sunshine for a while. I really think that you're right. I just need to slow down. I am going to try to keep doing that. :)
