After playing around and getting my nutrition to a (conventionally) exceptionally disciplined level, I have recently taken to a mostly Fruitarian diet to run, swim, bike, read, study, sing my way through this life.
As a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition consultant, I hope to use this website to learn more about the possibilities and limitations of an all fresh fruit diet.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
Greatest passion: European literature between 1905 and 1950, especially German and English. When I'm not training for triathlons or encouraging/coaching others to do so, I read (in German, English, and Spanish), sing and pick a bluegrass guitar.
I have never owned a TV, I don't watch movies, but I know a lot of good people who do, and I don't hold it against them. ;)

I probably need some help structuring an eating plan. Right now I'm just grazing throughout the day and spending a lot on fruit. Also, How to get friends to stop saying I'll die on HCRV.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
