Hmmm. I´ve read a lot and searched and found. What can I say now. Well. I like being. Present. Impersonal. Loving. I do enjoy stuff like the sun, the wind, swimming in the ocean and the lakes, riding my bike with or without my kid, the woods, the kind of stuff you eat when you are trying out this new eating style, the taste of basil, Swedish blueberries... kissing my kid on the cheek...

I think I first really should read the book (on its way across the ocean i think right now) and look at listen. I do when I have time so that I mix my own trying things out with what I hear and read. So that it´s fun. I have a lot of questions but probably a lot of them are answered in D.Gs book. Like combinations, the usual doubts I imagine people have about getting enough of this and that, such. I love the simplicity but I also like to mix stuff... so I hope to find my ways... The I imagine I will get more energy (right now its sort of up and down, but I thinks that is natural and try to just relax and do what feels good) and then I will enjoy all the topics about health, I bet...
(About the question below I have to say that it is not that I have always held these views but I have definately been aware of the fact that these views are sound and in line with truth. When you are ready you are ready. This is also the first time I find a diet that makes sense to me. So far).

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
