I came across Freelee's story when I did a search online for "how to cure candida with natural food", I read it and finally had hope that I could get my life back and start living again. I'd been eating Paleo and taking numerous supplements for 2 years in a bid to try and get 'rid of my candida'...how wrong was I. I'd been severely misinformed! I'm excited to try this lifestyle :-)

How to get my candida overgrowth back to normal levels, 2 months on raw till 4 but it does not seem to budge!!
I'm having dizzy spells on standing, I'm eating 3000-3500 calories a day and drink 2.5 litres of water.
I'm getting hungry at night after a high carb cooked dinner, it's causing problems for my sleep.
