I'm scared. I'm honestly scared. I can't tell if I'm getting fat or just gaining weight from water or both. I know this takes time and I know that I am not feeding myself to 3000+ cals that I "should" be eating. But I'm just plain scared.

My dad called me yesterday and they're planning a block party on my home street in July. I think I'll make some nanner ice cream to share.
Morning: 4 banana ice cream, 10 small dates
Noon: Red Grapes (2.5 lbs), 30 cherries

I need to be better at counting my dates and my bananas. They are all different sizes so obviously they are not all created equal? But super delicious!

I am starting to realize that having only 20 bananas in my apt. (half of them green!) is waaay too few. I will look into the local wholesaler (about a 20 minute walk from here).
