Oh thanks a lot for the links! Was looking for that for a long time... And yeah it's pretty hard to carry all the fruits in the subway but worth it, right? :) ...Hope that in spring there's more variety of vegetables and fruits!
You're right, there is so much different kind of supplements at "Marché Tau", it's crazy! The only supplement I take is vitamin D in winter.
I really like winter, it's treating me very well but I can't wait for spring to come! I buy my fruits at "Maché Tau" on St Denis, I find it cheaper than other places but we don't have a big choice there... and what about you? I've been looking for many organic places but they are really expensive! I cannot go very far to buy them because I don't have a car and I don't really wanna ride my bike in winter :P
I've been doing very good in Montreal... Loving this city! But I miss summer right now, in mauritius there's always a warm temperature and a big bright sun in the sky! Can't wait for the summer in Montreal hahaha
Hi Dipan! :) Thank you for not being shy and saying hello haha XD And thanks for the warm welcome :) Winter is treating me pretty well so far :) I have been eating a little bit of cooked veggies, but nothing too alarming. I know winters are hard in Canada. What used to help me were luminotherapy lights, getting outdoors as often and as long as possible and being properly carbed up as well as rested. A dehydrator for creating 'warm' foods would be a good investment. You can do dehydrated bananas with cinnamon or blended bananas dehydrated on parchment paper for wraps. Just adding warm water to your smoothies also helps. As far as exercise goes, frequent, short, and intense bursts help greatly too.
