Today is my second day on banana island and today I started feeling hungry and a bit angry. Yesterday I ate 29 bananas and today I ate 30. I just kept listening to my body and eating more bananas when I was hungry. When I started getting frustrated I think it was because I was hungry. I danced for 60 minutes today and am noticing I need more calories when I exert myself like that.
