Hi, Im an Ultrarunner, I've been high raw vegan for about 18 months. I've tried all sorts of combinations, no fruit, high nuts, just greens, and I've recently been adding more and more fruit into my diet. I'm currently training for a hundred mile trail race and I know if I keep it 80/10/10 I'll be in great shape for it.
Well, that's me I run alot and I'm gonna be a fruit master!

For some reason I keep eating potatoes or even bread one meal a day. I know what I need to do, Eat more fruit, so that's what I'm gonna do.
