I have been transitioning from what I previously believed to be a healthy lifestyle to HCRV over several years though I didn't know it at the time.
I now feel more connected and in tune with my thoughts and in control more than ever to maintain the lifestyle.
I would love to share with others experiences and the passion that is being a HCRV!

Hey there Dan, thanks for the add. Awesome to see another Melbourne climber in here! Where abouts do you climb? You go outdoors? I climb with the RMIT Outdoors Club, we have a heap of trips. Doing a trad course in a couple of weeks.
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
