I would like to speak with others more who compete at an Elite/World class level (though not for endurance events), or who deal with such athletes as their area of expertise as I do. Happy to show my diet and always looking for improvements.

Vi que é competidor de jiujitsu e treinador. Eu estou começando a treinar uma mergulhadora aqui no Rio de Janeiro, com a alimentação 811. Já estou neste estilo de vida há quase 3 anos e só venho tendo melhoras a cada dia, principalmente com atividade física. Não sei se conhece o Rio de Janeiro, mas corro quase todo dia no Horto (subida vista chinesa e mesa do imperador), intercalo com bicicleta na orla e na lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas (além de andar todo dia de bicicleta como meio de locomoção), faço aula de acrobacia aérea e procuro utilizar meu corpo ao máximo fazendo um pouco de tudo. Desta forma, venho adquirindo uma experiência legal da atividade física movida por um estilo de vida bem natural e com uma alimentação simples (811). Estou muito feliz com os resultados. Acabei de comprar pela internet este livro que você cita do Dr. Graham sobre Sports Nutrition, e estou doida pra ler :-) Você teria algo a me acrescentar sobre esse livro?
