I've been vegan for a year, mostly raw, and I'm finally coming to realize I just don't have enough support! I'm here at 30bad to learn as much as I can about this lifestyle and connect with more people. I love learning about health and nutrition, permaculture, and any aspect of self improvement! I also do competitive equestrian show jumping, love trying new ways to exercise, and I love love love combining health and eco living with travel. ;)

Guidance in overcoming sensitive digestive issues (maybe candida, maybe parasites, maybe psychological..) and musculoskeletal imbalances that are causing back,shoulder, knee, hip, and neck pain. (Omg I'm only 19.. This sounds like the description of a sedentary elder!)

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
