Christopher: I relate to your dilemma. It happened to me. Three things that changed it around for me: 1) consuming the proper amount of cals per day, and more of course as the limit poundages increase to truly limit poundages (for the last few months of a cycle) , 2) Strictly limiting your training activity to ONLY the reps that you need to progress. Put it this way: Find out how to do as little as possible to get the gains you desire (and your structure allows) and finally, 3) Get an extra hour's sleep every night and relax after every meal. Of course this regime can not be followed ALL the time but try it at least three months out of the year and you will see what it takes to truly build muscle. This lifestyle and diet is not easy my friend. Those who eat crap have it MUCH MUCH easier!!!!!!!!! OF course their health is non-existent compared to lfrv and they smell like old dead goats lol! So .. it.. goes....
